Wei Wang 4d8f24eeed Revert "tcp: change pingpong threshold to 3" This reverts commit `4a41f453be`. This to-be-reverted commit was meant to apply a stricter rule for the stack to enter pingpong mode. However, the condition used to check for interactive session "before(tp->lsndtime, icsk->icsk_ack.lrcvtime)" is jiffy based and might be too coarse, which delays the stack entering pingpong mode. We revert this patch so that we no longer use the above condition to determine interactive session, and also reduce pingpong threshold to 1. Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
