Laurent Vivier 588968b6b7 KVM: Add coalesced MMIO support (powerpc part) ... This patch enables coalesced MMIO for powerpc architecture. It defines KVM_MMIO_PAGE_OFFSET and KVM_CAP_COALESCED_MMIO.
