Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo 6faf64f524 tools headers cpufeatures: Sync with the kernel sources 
To pick the changes from:

  4e6292114c ("x86/paravirt: Add new features for paravirt patching")
  a161545ab5 ("x86/cpufeatures: Enumerate Intel Hybrid Technology feature bit")
  a89dfde3dc ("x86: Remove dynamic NOP selection")
  b8921dccf3 ("x86/cpufeatures: Add SGX1 and SGX2 sub-features")
  f21d4d3b97 ("x86/cpufeatures: Enumerate #DB for bus lock detection")
  f333374e10 ("x86/cpufeatures: Add the Virtual SPEC_CTRL feature")

This only causes these perf files to be rebuilt:

  CC       /tmp/build/perf/bench/mem-memcpy-x86-64-asm.o
  CC       /tmp/build/perf/bench/mem-memset-x86-64-asm.o

And addresses this perf build warning:

  Warning: Kernel ABI header at 'tools/arch/x86/include/asm/cpufeatures.h' differs from latest version at 'arch/x86/include/asm/cpufeatures.h'
  diff -u tools/arch/x86/include/asm/cpufeatures.h arch/x86/include/asm/cpufeatures.h

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
