1. Layout and style cleanups on Home and Sample category pages to improve readability, reduce whitespace, fix alignment. Affects custom controls for sample list and social elements used on Home.
2. Fixes to descriptions on Home and Sample category pages to bring language in line with current use circa Build 2017. Use of RTB to better format paragraph content.
This change contains a few updates:
- Modifies the categories and terminology to align with Fluent
- Adds an API Reference section for samples
- Updates featured samples for each section
- Introduces a StaticSampleDescription to improve the ease of swapping the featured samples on the home page
- Updates to SampleDefinition.cs to improve readability of the file
- Additional minor cleanup in files being touched
Removed a connected animation that was causing an exception on the Anniversary Update (and didn't look very nice)
Fixed the title padding on the sample host page.
This is the implementation of a UI redesign for the WUC sample gallery, which was provided by Design.
The primary changes are:
- adaptive layout for mobile and desktop
- global navigation
- re-categorization of samples into the latest categorization structure from PM
