The primary changes are:
- adaptive layout for mobile and desktop

Abi Bennet d428a45a9a Merged PR 208540: Bug 9133038: [SampleGallery][Mobile] Z-Order Scrolling - Satya's name is cut off in mobile portrait mode, and his headshot is cut off in landscape mode 
Fix for #9133038
Removing the anchor point setting, centers the text in portrait mode. Landscape mode is more of a real estate problem,because of the header text, for most samples and needs to be fixed at the Samples common level.
