We've changed the default branch from master to main. Update the docs accordingly.
Motivation
Docs should be accurate.
Context
We also had documentation that linked to master in links.json and links-review.json. It turns out both main and master work there, so I updated those links to main as well. I randomly checked a few dozen of the new links with 100% success, but I didn't quite get to verifying all 1500+ of them.
I find myself copy-pasting these commands occasionally and the > characters have to be removed. It would be easier if I could copy them at once to run.
