Gabo Gilabert 9f7c650964 Moved SkillDIalog into the the Microsoft.Bot.Builder.Dialogs project and added unit tests for it. ... Moved ConversationState from SkillDialog constructor to SkillDialogOptions. Updated DialogTestClient to expose DialogContext so we can test dialog cancellation and added tests for it.
