Add extra indentation for multiline comparisons.

This seems to be generally more desired.

Before:
if (aaaaaaaa &&
    bbbbbbbb >
    cccccccc) {}
After:
if (aaaaaaaa &&
    bbbbbbbb >
        cccccccc) {}

Also: Some formatting cleanup on clang-format's files.
