Privacy and Telemetry. If your Microsoft OSS project or release has source code that enables Microsoft to collect data/telemetry, you must place in the README (or description of your OSS project/repo) the following notice:

This project collects usage data and sends it to Microsoft to help improve our products and services. Read our privacy statement to learn more.
Important: You need to include instructions for the user to turn off the telemetry, either by adding those instructions directly to the above notice or instead, adding a link to the instructions.
