Remove legacy notification view (#980)

* Transition UIKit Demo Controller to use SwiftUI Notification

* Let UIKit size itself independently

* Remove UIKit implementation and resolve comments

* Move xcflielist and update podspec

* Move xcfilelist into Notification folder

* Move override tokens to modifiers, reorder files to alphabetize, and add comments
