Merge branch 'ml/git-gui-exec-path-fix'

Fix recent regression in Git-GUI that fails to run hook scripts at
all.

* ml/git-gui-exec-path-fix:
  git-gui - use git-hook, honor core.hooksPath
  git-gui - re-enable use of hook scripts
