cvsimport: style fixup.
This should not change any functionality, but just makes it readable by having a space between syntactic construct keyword and open parenthesis (e.g. "if (expr", not "if(expr") and between close parenthesis and open brace (e.g. "if (expr) {" not "if (expr){").
