* jn/rebase-rename-am:
  rebase: protect against diff.renames configuration
  t3400 (rebase): whitespace cleanup
  Teach "apply --index-info" to handle rename patches
  t4150 (am): futureproof against failing tests
  t4150 (am): style fix
