Merge branch 'hv/ref-filter-trailers-atom-parsing-fix'

The parser for "git for-each-ref --format=..." was too loose when
parsing the "%(trailers...)" atom, and forgot that "trailers" and
"trailers:<modifiers>" are the only two allowed forms, which has
been corrected.
