Merge branch 'jc/tree-walk-drop-base-offset'

Code simplification.

* jc/tree-walk-drop-base-offset:
  tree-walk: drop unused base_offset from do_match()
  tree-walk: lose base_offset that is never used in tree_entry_interesting
