Neil Dhar 0dd88cc2a8 Allow cpp files to be combined for unity builds ... Summary: Allow cpp files to be concatenated so that they can be compiled together. This allows us to enable the unity build feature in CMake, which batches files into groups of 8 and compiles them together. That in turn speeds up builds significantly.
