Update test cases to use correct data after find vm in service fix.
...
- vm01 is not part of service001, use vm002 which is.
- fix the case where vmname and service name are same, add test data.

This needed some code refactoring as we have added a new method in azure
base module. Moving azure base test cases to a new spec file made sense
as azure base is used by most of the classes.
