Properly handle IPv4 addresses in Invoke-EtwTraceCollection (#1422)
* Properly handle IPv4 addresses in Invoke-EtwTraceCollection Because of the port number, an IPv4 address would actually enter the IPv6 case in the regex, which would then not match. Explicitly check IPv4 first before checking IPv6. * Fix naming
