OvmfPkg: install an SSDT with a dynamic OperationRegion called FWDT
"FWDT" ("firmware data") is allocated as EfiReservedMemoryType, with AllocateReservedPool(). <MdePkg/Include/Library/MemoryAllocationLib.h> doesn't seem to provide direct access to EfiACPIReclaimMemory, but at this point the former seems sufficient.
