This patch adds:
- `page.innerText()` / `frame.innerText()`
- `page.innerHTML()` / `frame.innerHTML()`
- `page.textContent()` / `frame.textContent()`
- `page.getAttribute()` / `frame.getAttribute()`

This method fetches an element with `selector`, scrolls it into view if needed, and then uses [page.mouse](#pagemouse) to hover over the center of the element.
If there's no element matching `selector`, the method waits until a matching element appears in the DOM. If the element is detached during the actionability checks, the action is retried.
