* Initial implementation of the test app for android

* Applying suggestions from the code review.

* Removing redundant package.json and yarn.lock files

* Avoid depending on specific version of rn

* Dynamically locating node modules folder

* Dynamically find the application folder

* Use clear text for loading bundle

* Updates application name

* New line file endings

* Simplifying plugin implementation

* Removing redundant argument
