Update Java project after getting build info
...
This patches various issues with the java language server, including:
* Timeout of 120000 reached waiting for exclusive access to file (gradle-6.3-bin.zip) due to two gradle processes attempting to create a gradle dist
* Refereces that might have been created as part of project build
