* 'Plan and Track' is no longer a valid extension category. The new valid category is 'Azure Boards'.
* Ignore .vs Visual Studio cache and config files.
* A recent NPM Audit scan reported over 70 vulnerabilities from moderate to critical categories. This change patches all of the vulnerable dependencies and resolves webpack backward compatability issues as part of the upgrade.
* Bumping extension version to 2.2.27
