[Gtk-sharp-list] ButtonPressEvents and Glade

Make your Glade GUI as usual, but leave out the TreeView. Just create
an empty ScrolledWindow. Add your MyTreeView instance to it later, in
your code.
i.e.:
scrolledwindow1.Add(mytreeview);
scrolledwindow1.ShowAll();
