[Gtk-sharp-list] ComboBox is missing

Hello,
As stated in the docs, ComboBox need gtk# 2.4 or later.
When using -pkg:gtk-sharp you only get gtk# 1 or something, so you need
to use -pkg:gtk-sharp-2.0.
