[Gtk-sharp-list] How to create a MenuItem with an Icon/Image in it?

I have been using monodevelop until now but as it is being developed I
decided to learn gtk# using only a text editor, so I'd like to create
a MenuItem with a image in it like copy, paste icon/image etc, can
someone point me to the right direction? I tried mono documentation
but I could not manage myself to find.
