[Gtk-sharp-list] using/creating/changing themes!

I don't know the exact anwser either, but I've seen some posts talked
about the rough steps
To change the theme in one application:

To apply the theme to all applications on the desktop:
Google "gtk_rc_reparse_all _GTK_READ_RCFILES"
