[Gtk-sharp-list] Gtk.IconTheme.Default.LoadIcon doesn't appear to work on the Mac

It's ok.  I've discovered the source of the issue with a simple catch. "Icon
'gtk-file' not present in theme," which I suppose means I'm going to have to
figure out how to load these icons from MacOS.
