[Gtk-sharp-list] Class derived from Gtk.Bin does not get Mouse Events

Ok i will try that - can you also tell me if i am heading the right way with
Gtk.EventBox for the following purpose:

I want to create a Container Widget which just contains one child. Around
the child there is a spacing of a few pixels where a frame is drawn (I think
this should be done in the expose event of the container?). The user should
be able to resize and move around the entire widget (container and child)
when dragging the frame - the container and it's child are themselves
contained in a Gtk.TextView.
