+Description of Problem:
+Mono's file system watcher on BSDs and OSX is failing to pickup file
+changed events.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Compile attached file
+2. $ mono WatchTest.exe /somedir &
+3. $ touch /somedir/foo
+4. $ echo foo >> /somedir/foo
+
+
+Actual Results:
+After step 3 the attached program will display the following:
+OnCreatedEvent /somedir/foo
+
+After step 4 the attached program should display:
+OnChangedEvent /somedir/foo
+but instead the file change event is not picked up.
+
+
+Expected Results:
+The file changed event should be picked up after step 4.
+
+How often does this happen?
+Everytime
+

+Bug has been produced on FreeBSD and OSX.
