I see some additional differences with this test case, running on .NET:

1. On .NET Row borders (horizontal) can also be moved, allowing height of rows
to be changed

2. In .NET moving the columns doesn't change the size of the grid. (with or
without DockStyle.Fill) on mono moving the (rightmost -1) column to the left
causes the DataGridView to be reduced in size.
