I am wondering how you hit this, as the code path is triggered only if the
/Overview/ExtensionMethods element exists in the first place (which is only
created if you have extension methods). I suppose if you had extension
methods, then removed them all, you'd hit this...
Regardless, fixed in trunk, r145603.

* Mono.Documentation/monodocer.cs: When deleting the ExtensionMethods
element, remove it from the correct parent XML node. Fixes #553144.
