When Visual Studio enables debugging in the Web.Config, it changes:

<compilation debug="false">
-to-
<compilation debug="true">


I verified that in MonoVS 1.0, when we enable debugging, we change:

<compilation debug="false">
-to-
<compilation debug="true"
tempDirectory="/tmp/monovs-949be5fd-683b-4075-be44-2ce04d1a1aa4/Temp">
