Description of Problem:

**System.ExecutionEngineException: Attempting to JIT compile method
'System.Collections.Generic.GenericEqualityComparer`1<char>:.ctor ()' while
running with --aot-only**

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Here is the function "JustTheFile":
