Description of Problem:
Method not found:
'System.Web.Security.FormsAuthentication.EnableFormsAuthentication'.

Mono System.Web.Security.FormsAuthentication class does not implement this
method, and .NET 4 does. See

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start an MVC 3 application in Mono 2.8
