[Mono-osx] newbie

It has been mentioned multiple times on this list that it's an issue  
with the default font. If you change the font in MonoDevelop to match,  
e.g., the one used in Xcode (Monaco), you will no longer see squashed  
lines.

Note that MonoDevelop is still new on OSX and is based on an  
incomplete Gtk+ port by Imendio.
