[Mono-osx] [ANN] mcocoa & mobjc libraries

I have been using mobjc as well as mcocoa. I suggest you look at the
examples in mcocoa. That usage is very straightforward. Look at Program.cs
and SimpleLayoutView.cs in the animating-views sample.
