[Mono-osx] EnableVisualStyles with Mono 2.0 on OS X

Hello guys,
Apparently, to use the new native driver for Winforms on OS X the
environment variable 'MONO_THEME' needs to be set to 'visualstyles' and the
application should call 'Application.EnableVisualStyles()' before starting
the event loop.
This makes no difference to my IronPython Windows Forms application with
Mono 2.0. I can verify that it sees the correct environment variable, but
its absence or presence and calling or not calling 'EnableVisualStyles'
doesn't change the appearance of the application.
Is there anything else I need to do or should the native drivers be used by
default now? (Whilst googling around I've found contradictory statements on
the matter.)
I've attached a screenshot.
All the best,
Michael Foord
