[Mono-osx] MonoDevelop 2.0

I see the download has now been updated to version 2.0, albeit with this
warning:
"The MacOSX port of MonoDevelop is still incomplete, there may be serious
bugs and / or missing features"

Still, I look forward to giving it a road test.  Thanks for making this port
available.
