[Mono-osx] CoreMIDI Progress

I've made a bit of progress on bindings for CoreMIDI, which you can check
out on GitHub:

Please take a look and let me know if I'm on the right track. I've only
mapped about half the API so far but what I have is enough for my own small
project, and I don't want to go too much further before getting some
feedback from people more experienced in mapping Mono to OS X APIs.

Also, I started this in the monomac repository, but I've just seen that the
latest version of iOS introduced the same API with a couple extra functions
for dealing with MIDI over a network connection. Would the maccore
repository make more sense?
