[Mono-osx] Menu Problems in new Projects in MonoDev 3.0.2

When creating a new MonoMac C# project, menus aren't setting up properly.
Starting the program, all you get is one menu on the menu bar with the name
of the program, and nothing else! There are no menu items in that menu, and
no other menus on the menu bar are present. In order to quit the program,
you have to do so from the dock. Anyone else noting this or have a
fix/work-around?

I'm using Mac 10.7.4 with MonoDev 3.0.2.
