+gmcs seems to crash if a referenced assembly references a missing assembly.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. 
+please download the ado.net sqlite provider from
+http://sqlite.phxsoftware.com/.
+
+2. 
+compile the attached code with the downloaded assembly specified as reference.
+this assembly references assembly System.Transactions which is currently
+missing in mono.
+
+Actual Results:
+compiler crash
+
+Expected Results:
+compilation succeeds
