Due to popular demand, here's the rename.

The field name of

object-internals.h:MonoException.remote_stack_trace

remains unchanged since it doesn't matter.

The implications of this patch:

- apps that detect the runtime as advised above might break

- mono-only apps using the same hack might break as well.
