When System.Collections.Concurrent.BlockingCollection<T> waits for an element
to be added, it takes 100% cpu on mono which is inconsistent with .NET.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the program from http://pastie.org/1055970
2. Watch cpu meter
Actual Results:
CPU usage is 100%
Expected Results:
CPU usage should be close to 0%, like it is when running on .NET 4.0
