<PRE>Hi all,
I have created a .app from a script to install my application, which checks
for the Mono framework on the target machine, and launches an embedded
version of the runtime installer if it is not found.
After clicking through the installer, everything appears to complete ok, but
Mono does not get installed (verified by checking for /usr/bin/mono, and via
'mono' command within terminal). Other runtime installers, plus my own
application.pkg (created using Packagemaker) install OK as part of the same
process.
If however I run the same Mono runtime installer manually, everything
installs fine.
I apologise if this is simply my error/permissions issue(s) when installing
from a preflight script, but I just wanted to confirm that there is no
Mono-related reason for my problem.
Incidentally, if anyone has done this, or can give me any advice, I would
greatly appreciate it.
Chees,
'Firebird
