Aaron Bockover	5b25a4f1ff	Big build system commit that removes a lot of cruft left over from SL 1.0 days by nuking the managed/unmanaged code concept; allow building only the browser plugin version or only the desktop version, or both; if building just the desktop version, Moonlight can now be built with a stock Mono 2.0, no longer requiring Mono trunk for certain app domain and CoreCLR security APIs that are needed only for the browser plugin; this is a big step forward for writing Desktop-only applications in Moonlight svn path=/trunk/moon/; revision=130920	2009-04-03 02:20:53 +00:00
