Frank Galligan	399823b6f5	Add support for setting byte alignment. Add support for setting byte alignment on the Y, U, and V plane of the reference buffers. Add support for setting byte alignment.

Add support for setting byte alignment on the Y, U, and V plane of the
reference buffers. The byte alignment must be a power of 2, from 32 to
1024. A value of 0 sets legacy alignment.
