Jingning Han 08a453b9de Replace vp9_ prefix with vpx_ prefix in vpx_dsp function names
This commit clears the function naming convention in vpx_dsp. It
replaces vp9_ prefix of global functions with vpx_ prefix. It also
removes the vp9_ prefix from static functions.

Jingning Han e253eaa036 Unify the high bit-depth forward hybrid transforms
The SSE2 version high bit-depth forward hybrid transforms are
essentially using the C functions via cross referencing to 1-D
functions in vp9_dct.c. This commit unifies the two versions and
removes the unnecessary dependency.

Scott LaVarnway b962646fc5 Re-worked header files
Various header/test files had to be re-worked in order to
build "Remove cm parameter from vp9_decode_block_tokens()".

This patch reverts the "Remove cm" part and only contains
the re-worked header files.

Johann 1d7ccd5325 Relocate memory operations for common code
With the sad functions, and hopefully the variance functions soon,
moving to the vpx_dsp location, place the defines used in the
reference C code in a common location.

James Zern fd3658b0e4 replace DECLARE_ALIGNED_ARRAY w/DECLARE_ALIGNED
this macro was used inconsistently and only differs in behavior from
DECLARE_ALIGNED when an alignment attribute is unavailable. this macro
is used with calls to assembly, while generic c-code doesn't rely on it,
so in a c-only build without an alignment attribute the code will
function as expected.

The version is currently producing different result from c version
for some input. Disable the use of it for now to allow time for
investigation the source of mismatch.

Deb Mukherjee d50716face Incorporate WRAPLOW macro into non-highbitdepth tx
Incorporates the WRAPLOW macro into the non-highbitdepth transforms
to aid hardware verification between a software C model and an
intended hardware implementation though the use of the configure
options: --enable-experimental --enable-emulate-hardware.
Note that to avoid further discrepancies between the sse/sse2
implementations of the transforms and the C implementation, when the
emulate hardware option is invoked, we also disable sse/sse2/etc.

Also incudes some minor cleanups/renaming etc.

Deb Mukherjee 10783d4f3a Adds high bitdepth transform functions and tests
Adds various high bitdepth transform functions and tests.
Much of the changes are related to using typedefs tran_low_t
and tran_high_t for the final transform cofficients and intermediate
stages of the transform computation respectively rather than fixed
types int16_t/int. When vp9_highbitdepth configure flag is off,
these map tp int16_t/int32_t, but when the flag is on, they map
to int32_t/int64_t to make space for needed extra precision.

James Zern 29e1b1a4b0 tests: add API_REGISTER_STATE_CHECK
used to wrap API functions to ensure full environment consistency as
opposed to the renamed ASM_REGISTER_STATE_CHECK which is used with
assembly functions.
currently checks the FPU tag word in x86/x86_64 gcc builds to ensure
emms has been called.

Jingning Han 5c2696c378 Rework unit test for 8x8 transformation
This commit reworks the unit test for 8x8 forward/inverse
transformation. It adds extreme input value test to detect overflow
issues in the intermediate steps.

It temporarily disables unit test for the SSSE3 version, which
showed overflow failure in the new test conditions.

Jingning Han 49b4a274a0 Add overflow check unit test for 16x16 inverse DCT/ADST transform
This commit applies quantization process with coarse quantization
step size to the forward transform coefficients and tests all the
inverse 16x16 DCT and ADST implementation versions with the
dequantized coefficients as input, to verify that the outcomes
match the prototype.

Jingning Han 74a854fcab Re-enable unit test on neon implementation of 16x16 idct
The previous change only tunes forward transform. It doesn't affect
the neon implementation of the inverse transform. Hence turn the
unit test on.

Yaowu Xu bc484ebf06 fix unit test failure on win32 vs2008 build
The mix use of double type and simd code caused invalid values stored
in double variables, further caused unit tests to fail. The failures
were only observed on x86-win32-vs9 build with vs2008.
