Vincent f35d4db45a Load FTL files for multiple specific locales 
This further refines the synchronous FTL loading to allow loading
FTL files for multiple locales. This makes it useful to not just
tests/Storybook, but also e.g. for rendering email templates.

At some point, we should probably rename this from `mockL10n` to
something that implies production use as well, and possibly see if
the website's l10n code (in /src/app/functions/server/10n.ts)
could/should also build on top of it.

Vincent 9f7e0c5abb Remove script to find unused strings 
This reverts "Add script to find unused strings". It keeps it in
our Git history in case we want to re-use it later, but we don't
need the dependency on `zx`, nor will we run the script often.

Vincent bd95378eef Remove unused strings 
I also removed a couple of additional strings that I couldn't find
when searching the codebase; it looks like the script has a couple
of false negatives, so potentially there's more we can clean up.
I haven't found any false positives, however, except for the data
classes.
