Gordana Cmiljanovic d49126c0ee [MIPS] Fix ld.bfd linker issue for mipsel 
Adding -Wl,--start-group, -Wl,--end-group so that ld.bfd
can resolve library dependencies in case of Android
component build for mipsel.
